1. Introduction

Welcome to SemaSuite. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms. SemaSuite is a "Bring Your Own Infrastructure" (BYOI) communication tool designed for agencies and organizations.

2. Bring Your Own Infrastructure (BYOI)

SemaSuite acts as an interface between you and your audience. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for connecting your own SMTP or SMS providers (e.g., AWS SES, SendGrid, Twilio).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining your sender reputation with these providers.
• SemaSuite is not liable for account suspensions or delivery failures caused by your provider.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam

We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited broadcasting. You agree to:

• Only contact individuals who have given explicit consent (opt-in).
• Include valid unsubscribe links in all marketing broadcasts.
• Honor unsubscribe requests immediately.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your SemaSuite workspace without refund.

4. Multi-Tenant Responsibility

If you adhere to the Agency plan, you are responsible for the compliance of your sub-tenants (your clients). It is your duty to ensure your clients follow anti-spam regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

SemaSuite is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue due to delivery delays.
