1. Your Data is Yours

Our business model is simple: we charge for software, not data. We do not sell, rent, or mine your contact lists for advertising purposes. The data you upload to SemaSuite belongs exclusively to you.

2. Data Isolation

SemaSuite uses strict logical separation to ensure tenant privacy. If you are an agency, Client A's data is technically isolated from Client B's data. There is no "bleed" between organization hubs.

3. Information We Collect

Account Info: Name, email, and billing details to manage your subscription.
Usage Logs: Metadata about broadcast volumes (e.g., "10,000 emails sent") for billing usage limits, but not the content of the messages themselves.

4. Third-Party Connections

When you connect a third-party provider (like Amazon SES), you authorize us to transmit message data to them on your behalf. We store your API keys using industry-standard encryption and only use them to execute your requests.

5. Data Deletion

You may delete your workspace or specific contact lists at any time. Upon deletion, data is removed from our active databases immediately and from backups within 30 days.
